Carl as a PMP has a proven track record of success in Project Management, as well as Project Management Office (PMO) creation, department development, development of educational programs, leadership, production readiness and launch, and quality engineering, This is the background for this focused effort at CJL Communications. His career is built on successful product launches, work with the Detroit Big Three and foreign operations, development and diversification in start-up operations as well as closures. This work involves a depth of understanding how both small and large enterprise reach tier suppliers, service organizations, specialty manufacturers, and OEM’s.
Carl’s career has included assignments in the United States, Germany, Mexico, Italy, India, China and, Thailand.
Carl holds a Masters of Science in Management and Marketing from Walsh College, and a Bachelors of Arts, Business and Communication from St. Mary’s College, Madonna University, as well as with MSU's school of Labor Relations.
Certifications include PMP - Project Management Professional, CQA - Certified Quality Auditor, SSGB- Six Sigma Green Belt, CHRS - Certified Human Resources Specialist through Michigan State University and LSS - Lean Six Sigma with a focus on Human Six Sigma.
